Torch and Cable Assembly, Consist of water cooled welding cable with gas flow hose, water return hose, torch assembly and control cable with suitable connector and over all flexible insulating cover with zip .

1. Size of the water cooled welding cable rubber with nylon braiding ID:7mm OD 11 mm.
2. Size of the gas line rubber with nylon braiding ID:4mm OD 7 mm.
3. Size of the Return water line rubber with nylon braiding 7 mm.
4. Torch assembly should be coated with varnish coating insulation to with stand high voltage.
5. Torch assembly should be covered with rubber insulation.
6. Control cable of 0.25 sq.mm 15 core highly flexible (bending angle degree) robotics cable.
7. All the drives should be interfaced with existing controller by electrical signals.
8. Voltage feedback cable to of 0.5 sq. mm.
9. Over all cable to be covered with flexible insulating hose with zip.
